Do you include development?
Yes, basic website development and website updates are included. Bigger technical projects may be split into milestones or quoted separately.
How do preview links work?
For website work, we can send a live preview link so you can review the page before final delivery.
Who owns the work?
Approved designs, exported assets, source files and delivered code belong to you. We keep them organized by request and version in your portal.
Are there requests Digiso does not support?
We are not a fit for native mobile engineering, complex backend platforms without clear milestones, media buying, compliance review or same-day emergency work unless agreed in advance.
Can we stop or pause?
Yes. You can pause, resume or cancel without long contracts.
What is the refund policy?
Because Digiso creates custom digital work, payments are generally non-refundable once work has started, requests have been submitted or deliverables have been provided. Refund requests are reviewed case by case, exclude non-refundable payment processing fees and, when approved, are limited to unused subscription time at Digiso's discretion.
Can I use Digiso for one month?
Yes. The model is monthly, so you can use Digiso for a focused sprint, continue for ongoing creative operations or pause when you do not need active production.
