Because Digiso creates custom digital work, payments are generally non-refundable once work has started, requests have been submitted or deliverables have been provided. Refund requests are reviewed case by case, exclude non-refundable payment processing fees and, when approved, are limited to unused subscription time at Digiso's discretion.
